He is the great-great-grandson of Reverend Walter Scudder who founded Walter Scudder High School. Here’s his account of the visit.

In a boon to the poor, the 150 year old, Ranipet based Scudder Memorial hospital has volunteered to provide free cleft lip/palate surgery through its comprehensive cleft treatment center attached to the department of dental and maxillofacial surgery, according to hospital superintendent Dr U Suresh Rao.
